Wow! What an incredible experience with steam cleaning our area rug with a local to Irving company. Only had to wait... one day for an appointment. The owner, a military veteran, called me himself to let me know when they were getting close. He took time both of the phone when I called to ask about services and while they were here to make sure that I was educated on their methods, why they recommended certain methods, and how I can protect my rugs and furniture from our dogs and wear and tear.
