They could not have been friendlier and we were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. We got 5 bedrooms cleaned w/ closets and I must say the carpet looks better than I can ever remember it looking. Wow! What an incredible experience with steam cleaning our area rug with a local to Irving company. Only had to wait... one day for an appointment. The owner, a military veteran, called me himself to let me know when they were getting close. He took time both of the phone when I called to ask about services and while they were here to make sure that I was educated on their methods, why they recommended certain methods, and how I can protect my rugs and furniture from our dogs and wear and tear.
